Tried to read with elm and saw code P042a. Car starts fine but when I start driving few min latter fan kicks in and I see black clouds of smoke when accelerating then few more mins and engine goes to limp mode. so after did ecusafe we did checksum and thought all sorted.Now I have got actual dpf core out and starting to have similar problems. As we are not a experienced so we went through thousands of forums and the only us understandable way to modify my ecu was ecusafe.
and if I was having a limp mode always off on ignition so that helped me to come back home.After all that nightmare my friend has bought a kess clone so we tried to get that dpf off. I did manage to finish my journey just by not accelerating more than 2000rpm and doing 90 km/h. had a journey of 2200km to make home and 400 km in to it started to have problem with blocked dpf. Few weeks ago had a big problem with this car.
